About Me
Daniel P. Riley, Owner of Whimsyland Literary Coaching and Services, is a prolific author of fiction from the heyday of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania. Once a wild child, he is now a decade-long educator and creator of engaging fiction. Daniel lives outside the city with his daughter, who he raised on his own in a happy little house in a sleepy suburb where he can dedicate his time to crafting more magical tales to excite and entertain.
Utilizing his experience as a teacher, Daniel tutors authors and provides a range of services dedicated to creative writing throughout the world, from editing novels and comic books to brainstorming these concepts into their ultimate form with each client. Since Whimsyland began in early 2022, he has worked with and successfully helped one hundred creators launch their amazing visions into the world through traditional publishing or independent publishing.
An early supporter of the “Iron Age of Media Entertainment”, Daniel has worked tirelessly to support the indie movement of authors, comic book creators, film, and editorial writers. It is his desire to see the “Iron Age” transform into a new Golden Age of Entertainment in this new and bold effort to return books, comics, TV, and film to the joyous readers and watchers around the world. Entertainment we can all be proud of.
